Mill Ride Consulting is led by Christophe Padeste, a technology executive with 25 years of experience at the intersection of content security, OTT delivery and enterprise commercial operations. He spent his career at NAGRA (Kudelski Group), a leading provider of content security and multiscreen solutions, most recently as Senior Director, EMEA Solutions — leading sales engineering, customer success and strategic account management across the region.
That experience — working with Tier-1 operators and technology vendors across Europe, the Middle East and Africa on SaaS migrations, platform transformations and commercial strategy — forms the basis of the firm's advisory and delivery practice.
